【摘要】:ISO5347comprisesaseriesofdocumentsdealingwithmethodsforthecalibrationofvibrationandshockpick-ups.ThispartofISO5347laysdowndetailedspecificationsfortheinstrumentationandprocedurestobeusedforaccelerometerresonancetesting.Itappliestorectilinearaccelerometersofthepiezoresistive,piezoelectricandvariablecapacitancetypesinthefrequencyrange50Hzto200kHz.TheproceduresareingeneralcontrarytothosedescribedinISO5347-14whichislimitedtoundampedaccelerometers.Thefrequencyresponseofapiezoelectricaccelerometerdependsonthevalueofthe(lowest)resonancefrequencyoftheinstrumentwhenmountedonthestructuretobetested.Itdoesnotappearpossibletospecifyatestwhichwilldeterminethisfrequencyforallinstallationsofagivenaccelerometer.Thisproceduregivestheaccelerometerresonancefrequencyunderasetofstandardreproducibleconditions,withtheunderstandingthattheresonancefrequencyinactualusewillinallprobabilitybeappreciablydifferent(generallylower,byafactordependingonthemassandcomplianceoftheteststructureandthemethodofattachment).Theprocedureisnotsuitableforevaluatingthemountedresonancefrequencyforafieldofapplication;asuitablemethodisgiveninISO5348.
