【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesquantitativedataintheformofoilrecoveryrates,throughputefficiencies,andoilrecoveryefficienciesundercontrolledtestconditions.Thedatacanbeusedforevaluatingdesigncharacteristicsofaparticularspillremovaldeviceorasameansofcomparingtwoormoredevices.Cautionmustbeexercisedwhenevertestdataareusedtopredictperformanceinactualspillsituationsastheuncontrolledenvironmentalconditionsthataffectperformanceinthefieldarerarelyidenticaltoconditionsinthetesttank.Othervariablessuchasmechanicalreliability,presenceofdebris,easeofrepair,easeofdeployment,requiredoperatortraining,operatorfatigue,seaworthiness,andtransportabilityalsoaffectperformanceinanactualspillbutarenotmeasuredbythisguide.Thesevariablesshouldbeconsideredalongwiththetestdatawhenmakingcomparisonsorevaluationsofspillremovaldevices.1.1Thisstandardprovidesaguidefordeterminingperformanceparametersoffull-scaleoilspillremovaldevicesinrecoveringfloatingoilwhentestedincontrolledenvironments.1.2Thisguideinvolvestheuseofspecifictestoilsthatmaybeconsideredhazardousmaterialsaftertestingiscompleted.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisguidetoprocureandabidebythenecessarypermitsfordisposaloftheusedtestoil.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000relatestotheimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforelectricalandelectronicequipmenttoconducted,commonmodedisturbancesintheranged.c.to150kHz.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonandreproduciblebasisfortestingelectricalandelectronicequipmentwiththeapplicationofcommonmodedisturbancestopowersupply,control,signalandcommunicationports.Thisstandarddefines–testvoltageandcurrentwaveform;–rangeoftestlevels;–testequipment;–testset-up;–testprocedures.Forsometypesofports,forexampleportsintendedtobeusedwithhighlybalancedlines,additionaltestprovisionsmaybeestablishedbyproductcommitteespecifications.Thetestisintendedtodemonstratetheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoconducted,commonmodedisturbancessuchasthoseoriginatingfrompowerlinecurrentsandreturnleakagecurrentsintheearthing/groundingsystem.Thedisturbancesproducedby400Hzmainssystemsarenotincludedinthescopeofthisstandard.Actualinterferenceduetothesedisturbancephenomenaisrelativelyrare,exceptinindustrialplants.ProductCommitteesshouldthereforeconsiderwhetherthereisajustificationforapplyingthisstandardintheirProduct/ProductFamilystandards(seealsoclause3).Thistestisnotrelevantforequipmentportsintendedtobeconnectedtoshortcables,havingalengthlessthan20morless.Theimmunitytoharmonicsandinterharmonics,includingmainssignalling,ona.c.powerports(indifferentialmode)isnotincludedinthescopeofthisstandardandiscoveredbyIEC61000-4-13.Theimmunitytoconducteddisturbancesgeneratedbyintentionalradio-frequencytransmittersisnotincludedinthescopeofthisstandardandiscoveredbyIEC61000-4-6.
