MIL-PRF-122A, PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION, RESISTORS, FIXED, PRECISION, ESTABLISHED RELIABILITY, GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR (19 FEB 1990) [SUPERSEDING MIL-R-122] [S/S BY DSCC DWGS 97009, 97010 AND 97011]., This specification covers the general requirements for hermetically sealed, high precision, low reactance, fixed, resistors that possess a high degree of stability with respect to time under severe life failure rates ranging from 1 percent to 0.001 percent per 1,000 hours (see 1.2.1.2). These failure rates are established at 60percent confidence on the basis of life tests.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiestwomethodsfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientelementsotherthanresilientsupports.Examplesareresilientbellows,shaftcouplings,powersupplycables,hosesandpipehangers(seeFigure1).Elementsfilledwithliquids,suchasoilorwater,areexcluded.NOTE1Pipehangersareextensionallydeflected,asopposedtoelasticsupportswhicharecompressed.Therefore,thetestconditionsaredifferentfromthosedescribedinISO10846-2andISO10846-3.Themethodsareapplicabletoresilientelementswithflatflangesorflatclampinterfaces.Itisnotnecessarythattheflangesbeparallel.ResilientelementswhicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846arethosethatareusedtoreducea)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedsound(airborne,waterborneorother),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz),whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenthevibrationistoosevere.Inpractice,thesizeoftheavailabletestrig(s)determinesrestrictionsforverysmallandforverylargeresilientelements.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesorclampinterfacesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.AnnexAprovidesguidanceforthemeasurementoftransferstiffnessesthatincluderotatorycomponents.Thedirectmethodcanbeappliedinthefrequencyrangefrom1Hzuptoafrequencythatisusuallydeterminedbythelowestresonancefrequencyofthetestarrangementframe(typically300Hzfortestrigswithdimensionsoftheorderof1m).NOTE2Inpractice,thelowerfrequencylimitdependsonthedynamicexcitationsystem.Theindirectmethodcoversafrequencyrangethatisdeterminedbythetestset-upandtheisolatorundertest.Therangeistypicallyfromalowerfrequencybetween20Hzand50Hz,toanupperfrequencybetween2kHzand5kHz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedfor—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,—informationduringproductdevelopment,—qualitycontrol,and—calculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughresilientelements.
