【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforcontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixturescontainingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbycontinuousinjectionofthecalibrationcomponent(s)intoacomplementarygasstreambymeansofasyringe.Ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases(seeAnnexA),muchlowervolumefractionscanbeobtained.Thevolumeflowrates,fromwhichthevolumefractionsaredetermined,canbecalculatedfromtheindividualflowratesandcanbeindependentlymeasuredbyasuitablemethodgiveninISO6145-1.Themeritsofthemethodarethatasubstantialquantityofthegasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasisandthatmulti-componentmixturescanbepreparedalmostasreadilyasbinarymixturesiftheappropriatenumberofsyringesisutilized,orifthesyringealreadycontainsamulti-componentmixtureofknowncomposition.Thismethodalsoprovidesaconvenientmeansforincreasingthevolumefractionofthecalibrationcomponentinthemixtureinsmallsteps.IIisthereforeausefulmethodforevaluationofothercharacteristicsofgasanalysers,suchasminimumdetectionlimitanddeadzone,aswellasaccuracy.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionobtainableforabinarymixture(atacoveragefactorof2)is5%andtherangeofapplicabilityis10-5to10-2.
